                   Kundalini yoga to improve health and wellness.

 

Why Kundalini?

Kundalini yoga is strong, rhythmic breathing and fluid movements. There are Kriyas (a series of yoga postures or techniques) that work on specific areas of the body, mind and spirit. There are hundreds to choose from and can be used for-  digestion, to eliminate stress, align the body, for a healthy mental balance, to relieve inner anger, to relieve premenstrual symptoms and there are countless others to work with. This is a yoga to do everyday and for every person. You do not have to know any yoga at all in order to benefit.

    I begin where you are and we go where you want to go.

 

I offer the following coaching or (guidance):

 1½-hour session in your home that will include the following:

  Instruction in the yoga set for Only You©. This will be determined through a questionnaire that you will fill out and send back to me through email or by snail mail. I will review the answers and set up a plan with the appropriate asanas or postures, as well as the appropriate breathing and meditation techniques for Only You©

           In addition, I can make an audio tape ($10) that will consist of your session.

               After a time period of 40 days  – we will review and evaluate.
