Why Kundalini?
Kundalini yoga is strong, rhythmic
breathing and fluid movements. There are Kriyas (a series of yoga postures or
techniques) that work on specific areas of the body, mind and spirit. There are
hundreds to choose from and can be used for- digestion, to eliminate
stress, align the body, for a healthy mental balance, to relieve inner anger,
to relieve premenstrual symptoms and there are countless others to work with.

yoga at all in order to benefit.
